Got a family reunion, grad party, and my brother's 40th surprise bday party to cook for tomorrow. 8 butts, 12 racks of spares, 2 briskets, and 4 whole chickens. Gonna have my work cut out for me. Also got kids T-ball tourney tomorrow too. Luckily I got a good friend/teammate to help me out!!! Gonna be a long day.

Picket - I am right there with you. A day delayed. Have a party on Sunday so I will be putting 6 butts on the pit at 1am Saturday night. Plan is to get done around 11am, foil, cooler, and then serve at 4:30pm.

Just put 100 lbs of butts on a few minutes ago.

Yeah just did one last weekend. 8 butts, 10 racks of ribs, and about 40 leg quarters on 2 UDSs and a kettle. The cooks on here somewhere. "Graduation party finale" I think.

WOW, y'all cooking a hell of a lot of meat on those drums and wsm's. Thanks for the compliment on the butts. Trying to stall this meat out till about 11-12am and let it rest till about 5-6. Last time I put 4 briskets in the cooler i couldn't handle them hardly 5hrs later they were so hot.

Putting 6 shoulders on about 0300 tomorrow morning! Then make the beans, potato salad and Cole slaw. Expecting 70+ tomorrow night for my wife's cousin's son's high school graduation.

I'm doing pork butts and spatchcocked chickens for my nephew's graduation party tomorrow. Butts will be going on the drums around 3 am.
