For those that have tried both, which do you prefer using for chicken thighs?

Do you use with skins on or off? Does one of the products affect the skin more than the other?

I have always used my own brine but trying to simplify process.

Haven't ever used Kosmos, but Oakridge is a very good product. Skin on or off makes no difference. Depends on how you trim. If you leave skin on, you don't have to remove it to brine. All of Oakridge products are excellent.
