Is your smoker built into the deck or just sat on top? I'm new to the game, but is there a fire hazard with the firebox directly on wood? You obviously don't seem too concerned. Enjoy the saturday and those babybacks! |

It's actually sitting on cinder blocks the wood is just built around it for looks doesn't touch the wood at all. Plus I never leave anything unattended.

Nice. I spent my brewing up a maibock. Had I of planned a little better I would have fired up the smoker too. Oh well...there's always next weekend.
