I've used Oakridge Black Ops for my last couple briskets and I really found the flavor to be good, But I'm in the same boat as everyone else: beef deserves salt and pepper, and lots of it. I guess you'll just have to keep cooking brisket, as research, right?

Salt and Pepper is a step up from Black Ops. Way too much Chile's and Paprika. (its the main ingredients) In my opinion, anyone that raves about BO, has not tried Bovine Bold.

I agree. Paprika should be used in moderation though.

Yeah...overpriced taco seasoning is real "constructive".

Have you ever checked the main ingredients of taco seasoning? I guees you are a white knight as well?

Is that image of a kettle calling another kettle black? Just curious?
