My grandaughter sampling my que this July 4. Ate everything and asked for more of my smoked beans.
She's was my food judge and she gave me a thumbs-up for the ribs, meatloaf, and smoked beans!! I was very pleased with her approval. And yes, her blouse did get quite messy.





Smoked 4 slabs of St Louis spares and some meatloaf. My wife's a seafood lover and fixed a bunch of crab legs. Smoked beans, corn, collards, tater salad, corn bread. Apple pie of course, ice cream, grilled pineapple. Small gathering of 9 folks enjoying this beautiful Fourth of July.

She sure looks like she's enjoying it. And the messy blouse, well, that's just part of the fun. Happy qing.
