I like the tenderness...It came clean from the bone....but still had some tug to it......As far as taste, it was a tad bit on the salty side...I think I'm gonna try a different rub on my next rib cook...

LOL...No I mix it up myself..I take 40oz bottle of Sweet Baby Rays...pour around 16-20oz of pineapple juice in a saucepot to heat...I;ll heat until mixed well....I add around 1/4 cup honey once it's warmed up...I use this mixture for ribs and chicken...
