hello to all out there
i am bob------union nj here
found this forum while looking to find some new ideas on smoking trout
seems like a good group of guys and gals
have been smoking and grilling for many years--have never thought
about joining any forums but when i saw how friendly and generous everyone is with info i thought it was time to jump in
i use a chargriller smoking pro--an ancient ecb and a masterbuilt electric
hope to learn some new techniques and hopefully share some of my knowledge
