Default whole hog

I am looking for someone to do a whole hog for a freinds wedding reception. I don't have the equipment to do one (or the knowledge for that matter). If anyone in the Gallatin, TN area has ever done one or knows someone that can, please let me know.

Thanks,

Larry

Don't know what it is there, but it is 28, wind chill of aobut 20 and snow in the air (if you have it on the ground I might come up there!) I love the stuff, Figure if it is going to be cold, might as well be pretty too!

Try

Also might want to reach out to the folks that run the Gallatin, Smokin on the Square (I think Arli Bragg has something to do with it).

Pig Smokers in Paradise is also one of your neighbors.
