New Thermo
Found an old Weber kettle and fixed it up the best I could. Was wondering where to put an aftermarket thermometor? Up by the vent in dome or down towards the grate?

I put mine on the other side of the handle from the vent.

Thanks.Didn"t know if puting down near grate level would be more accurate as far as cook temps.
