First cooks on the Tucker

Well I finally got to cook on the new Tucker and I love it. Started out small after seasoning just some 1.5" boneless chops and taters for my family and me. Seared 'em for 2 min per side then lowered the fire pan and let bump @ 300° for about an hour; fork tender and finger lick'n good. Next I got to really have fun 2 7lb boneless butts. Rubbed 'em good and put 'em on for 5hr @ 250° or until internal temp was 165° then pulled and double wrapped & into cooler. can it get any better than this?
