Default Boston butt

Injected some apple juice and worcestershire with some butt rub in about a 8 lb butt tonight. Will rub it down in the morning. Going to be up early getting the ABS fired up. Shoud be around 10 hours when it will be done.

Plan for 12 and hope for 10.

Something I've done in the past is go ahead and rub it, wrap tight in plastic wrap, then inject before putting in the fridge to rest over night. The wrap contains the occasional leak or squirt. You can add a little more rub when you pull it from the fridge prior to putting in the smoker.

Happy smokin'

G'Day Rowdy!

Good luck with it! Don't start drinking too early, you want to enjoy the fruits of your labour... something I always seem to miss out on!

Cheers!
