Default Added Shelves to the UDS & Vertial Smoker

A buddy of ours was thowing away his old Char-Broil gasser. The shelves are curved on the inside and it matches the shape of a barrel & 85 gallon compressor tank smoker. We cut the shelves off and welded them on. Added a little bracing for strength. The black plastic shelves have built in handles and tool holders. Now I can set my thermometer transmitter on the shelf. We also added 2 "fat man" valve handles to the UDS.
Life is good!

I also kept the grates. It will fit the offset smoker and I got an extra square grate that I set on top of my UDS charcoal basket to set a aluminum pan on to catch drippings. Kept the wheels also.
