Hot and Fast ribs

Was going to try some hot and fast ribs today since I will have temp around 320 for chicken. Do I need to omit sugar from my rub so it doesnt burn??? I was going to use Plowboys but was wondering if I risk burning the sugar at those temps. Thanks for the help!
 
I did some yesterday at 450 and used plowboys with no problems. Just keep an eye on it and you should be just fine. Don't forget to post pics :thumb:
 
Good job fellas. Keep promoting Hot and Fast and don't forget my Weep Method. Yes take the sugar out.
