Nuts to you.
Lets go Nuts,
Pistachio to be exact.
Pistachio meatballs in a Pomegranate sauce.
Lamb Backstrap with a Pistachio and Mint pest.
Grilled Fig salad.
Let the pictures do the talking.

Rub Lamb strap in Olive oil salt and pepper.

lets combine the nuts with breadcrumbs,meat egg and an all the spices.







lets grill the Figs


lets nail the Lamb



Lets pull it all together
Lamb strap with mint and Pistachio Pesto


Pistachio lamb meatballs in a pomegrante sauce.
