Default Oak Smoke Chedda Burgers..

Easy, weekday burgers on the gasser with some oak smoke for flavor. The pics tell the story.

Njoy!

Nice looking burgers! Did you use a burger stuffer to stuff the burgers or simply the old fashioned way?

Just used the left and right stuffers I was born with. Pretty much just made two thin patties and sandwiched the cheese between em.

I made a bunch of bacon this AM for breakfast and reserved the bacon grease............well, it was just there looking at me when I was making the burgers and about one heaping Tbs of bacon grease jumped into the meat as I was mixing it.........OMG! It was delish. Not that they needed any MORE fat, but what the heck, right?
