Default Spun a Cornish hen and...

some yard bird thighs to take up the rest of room in the basket. Pre-seasoned last night and sprayed with some bourbon near the end of the roast. Did some Mexican corn and plated with salad and rosemary potatoes. Crispy and delicious.

Looks good, I spun a Cornish hen a little while back and it came out great. First Cornish hen Id eaten, as well.
