Thick Center Cut Pork Chop (1st time using Tatonka Dust)
I've seen and heard a lot about Tatonka dust but never tried it before until I won a prize package from Owens BBQ and they included a shaker of Tatonka Dust.
Wow!! All I can say is the stuff is excellent. No, not because I won it but because it really is an amazing rub and truly unique as described. LYU and RonL recommended for me to try it on pork chops and I grabbed a thick center cut chop. Didn't take a bunch of pics this time but here it goes. Sprinkled enough to cover all sides of the chop Slices from the loin side And from the tenderloin You owe it to yourself to pick up a bottle Using on burgers next. Thanks for looking!

Thanks Tom! Man, I hadn't done chops in ages and I enjoyed it tremendously. This rub just elevated it to another level.

Interesting I was talking with the wife yesterday about grilling some chops tonight for dinner. I have a bottle of Tatonka that I got with purchase of my vortex. I have not tried it yet, but I will give it a try tonight on the chops! Good looking chop you made!
