Weber 18" Conversion Help
I have (2) complete Weber 18" grill and I'm unsure what to do with them. I don't plan on using them as a BBQ grill but may be interested in creating some sort of smoker or such.
Recently made a USD and love it. What other fun cooking/smoking toys can I make? Let's hear and see your ideas D |

Get a steel 30 gallon drum, cut off top and bottom so it sandwiches between bowl and lid of your 18" Weber, install two cooking racks which each hold a layer or fire bricks and cut a pizza-wide door between the two. :D

I cut the legs off mine and added a side handle to make a portable camping grill ala super Joe.
