Brats & chicken on the kettle, pork & beans on the UDS

A friend stopped by yesterday at lunchtime and I've been wanting to try out this new steel pan for cooking outside. I cooked up some peppers, boiled some brats in beer then onto the grill for a few minutes.

Pork shoulder and beans on the UDS ...internal temp up to about 155 so far.

Not sure what looked better, that great food, or that portrait at the bottom of the hill
 
WOW!!! Awesome food and photography. That one shot at the bottom of the hill is the best fall picture I have seen in a LONG TIME! Farking awesome - thanks for sharing :p
