Default First briskets...

I know I know yall want pictures.. Well after it rest for an hour are so,,..

First time in the Lang.. Temp was easy to control thanks to the help I got here... Theses were just flats from Sams

First one was pulled at 5 hrs 201 temp prob slid right in.. wraped an tucked away..

2ed one is at 187 so Im waiting ... Pic soon..

I want to slice it so bad its killing me.. lol... But I will wait,,,

Okay waited a hour on the first one all the kids could take.. Moist pull apart.. Damm good.. I like this Lang alot..
