Default Ribs Tonight (pics)

Tonight I fed my bbq addiction with some ribs. Was a little bit of practice too for and upcoming event. Did 3ish-2ish-1ish. Also reheated some mac n cheese. Ribs were really good. Nice and juicy. Love the plowboys rub I've been using lately.

Didn't rotate this one....

I ordered a bunch of blues hog after hearing so many great reviews. I've been testing it out by cutting it with different things. Tonight I used honey with it. For a lot of folks who say blues hog is super sweet I think it actually has a good bit of spice in there too. So far I really like it.

Thanks. I was pretty happy. The last 2 times I cooked ribs they were a little overdone so I watched these a little closer.

Great looking rib fnbish but were you able to taste the meat with all that sauce on the ribs, i prefer the sauce on the side. The rib looks awesome.

Blues hog is pretty thick, but I really thought it was great. Only the 2nd time I've used it on ribs and it really seems to compliment the meat.
