Default I was just looking around the site...

When I found this: http://www.azbbqa.net/catering/ It's a work sheet for bbq catering I believe it needs excel though. helps with amounts of meat to buy, portion size, cost control. Very easy to figure out.

Saw on another forum it had just been updated also (version 3 - I think) - not sure if the updated copy has made it to the azbbq site yet.

I'd been trying to build something like this for a while now. Mine never did come together like I wanted it. This, is a great alternative.
