Default Sometimes ABTs are just too small.

My Dad grew these awesome Poblano peppers, stuffed with cream cheese, cheddar. They were mild and tasty!
I also cooked a top round pit-style on the wsm.

That all looks really good Matt. I have to try ABTs "boat style" like that. Gotta be easier to prep.

Nice looking piece of beef too.

Nice! Nothing wrong with using a variety of peppers. I've been using whatever was ready from the garden. Tonight I used primarily bulls horns (sweet pepper) but had a couple of habaneros. Your Poblanos look awesome!

Thanks guys, I have tried some other peppers, but some dont hold up well to the heat. You made an abt w/ a habaneros??? Sounds deadly!
I'll give it go, I have a habanero plant in my garden with about 35 peppers hanging. I'll have a cold one ready.

It was pretty brutal. Worst part was I ate one but wasn't ready for it. They are smaller than the Bulls Horns, but I grabbed one without paying close attention and popped it in my mouth. Ouch. I had to wait about 10 minutes before I ate another one.

I Bet!, Last year I made some habanero vodka, used 4 peppers (seeds removed) in a fifth of Potato based vodka (stoli)... after it steeped for a month, I had a shot straight from the freezer. OMG, it was the hottest thing I've EVER experienced and I love hot stuff. We ended cutting with 2 more fifths of vodka. Once it was toned down it made great bloody Marys. (I did save some of the uncut high octane stuff )
