Beachfront Barbecue California Championship

Well the Four Q BBQ Team will be participating at the Beachfront Barbecue Cookoff at Imperial Beach, CA this coming weekend. Are there any brethren that will be competing or attending?

Looking back, this is the location of the first BBQ contest I ever attended. It is also where I first met some brethren in person. MrsMista and I drove down to support Bigmofo300lbs, Mook and Hornbri.

I am cooking brisket, Professor Salt is cooking ribs and Sylvie is cooking Pork. Since BBQJunkie can't make it, we will be sharing duties on the chicken. Sylvie is prepping the chicken and we will be using her sauce. I will be in charge of the seasoning. Professor Salt will handle the cooking.
