.....on Friday afternoon to pick up my 1/2 hog I won in the bacon recipe contest. Got 120 lbs of pork. Great deal for me. While I was there I was looking at their inventory they have for sale. Sauces, beers, wines, knives, and this. They sell it by the gallon. I couldn't leave there without taking the pics.

I see they have it stocked right next to the smoking chips. Hmmmmm, should I get a bag-o-wood or a bottle of wood flavor? Heheheee.

You can still use your smoker with this stuff. You just need to make sure you are using Matchlight.
