The last ones I bought at Publix were $8.49/lb.
I'm sure they've gone up since then like everything else.
The other day they had some fatty beef short ribs with hardly any meat on them for $6.49/lb. No thanks.

Hey Gator! You're in my neighborhood. Stauffers in Lititz had them for $6.99/lb a few weeks ago. Where are you seeing them at $11?
