Default The Song is over.

It's late night here in Fort Lauderdale and the Mahi, grille romaine and potato salad has all been put to bed. So with the hope and inspiration of the Brethren I have decided to make use of the energy contained within my Vision Kamado by blessing it with bacon weave fatty and a loaf of bread. The temperatures are falling in the oven and it's perfect time to bake bread so without further ado I present to you........yummmmm!

That bread looks so good that it could have been the main reason for the cook.

it's a Boule, from the French for "ball", is a traditional shape of French bread, resembling a squashed ball. It is a rustic loaf shape that can be made of any type of flour.
