Default Turkey on the WSM

This is my first thanksgiving with my WSM. I usually do my turkeys on my kettle but am flirting with the idea of trying it on my WSM this year. What are the pros and cons of this? Any hints or suggestions? What am I looking at for cooking times? Thanks in advance to anybody who responds.

The WSM is so well suited for a turkey - way more than the kettle, IMO.

The WSM will allow for a high moisture environment. Additionally, you can use the drip pan as your natural gravy. I cooked mine in something like 4 hours. Check out the link below for fantastic step by step instructions.
