Default First Brisket on WSM

My first brisket that I ever smoked, it turned out great. Rub was paprika, brown sugar and Rudy's rub. Cook time was 12 hrs. after the bisket reached 160 deg I wrapped it in foil put it back on till it reached 195 deg.
I got the smoker up to 300 deg and put on bacon wrapped shrimp for 20 min basted with a chipotle bbq sauce for 10 min more.
The Bear game was not so good but the food more than made up for the loss.

That looks great. Wish my first brisket had looked that good.

Gotta love them WSM's.
