Default Trial Run of the Oklahoma Joe's Vertical Roasting Oven with ~PrOn~

Picked this up off Craigslist last week. Cleaned it up and now it is time for a trial run. One rack of spareribs with split white oak and cherry chunks.

Looking good.......

Nice! Love the cooker. One question, the holes an name in the firebox does that have a slide to open an close??

Yes, the handle in the picture will open and close the holes in the name and the ones below. It is part of the air intake.
