Retired offensive gaurd / defensive nose tackle here. I've always ate big and its how I cook too.
Leftover BBQ is the awesome plus if I'm spending all day cooking I'm going to make it worthwhile.
I have 8 slabs on my second shelf and room for three more.

Amen to that brother! I'm the same way. If I'm gonna spend all day doing something might as well make it worth while. Left over BBQ is a hit here! We'll eat for weeks.
