I blame you people for the 20+ lbs me and my family have put on since being on this site. I hope your happy (cause we sure the hell are). On my way to the store to get what I need to make these. Maybe wrap them in bacon and go into cardiac arrest.

Thanks everyone for the comments...I made 64 Chili Balls yesterday at our tailgate and they were a hit. (yeah...no pics so it really didn't happen) If you attempt to make them, just make sure you only fill the icecube tray about 1/2 to 2/3's full of chili, and make that batter pretty thick.
Regarding the clod...It was good cooked low and slow, but I think it would have been better if I would have done it more like a prime rib.
