Red face I really think I need professional help...

I stopped by the grocery store today to just pick up a couple things my wife wanted for some baking she is doing... Flour, eggs, butter, etc. Try as I might, I couldn't help but wander by the meat department. It's like a train wreck... I can't help but look. To make a long story short, these somehow jumped into my basket.

They were on sale for $3.07 per pound so I figured I was saving money.

Isn't the first step in solving a problem admitting you have one?

I see nothing wrong, baking and beef go hand in hand.

I will since I'm the only beef eater in the house... You got any plans of heading this way anytime soon?

That part I know how to do... I just don't know how to exercise self control when it comes to buying more.

No self control needed. Cook, eat, buy, repeat.

LOL

you aint the only one who needs help.

I am still figuring out my new OK Joe. Decided to do a quick test burn today after I got home from work loading the firebox a different way. No intent on cooking anything.

So here I am, temps in the 20's, 20 mph winds, and I am looking at a 250f cooking chamber.

Might as well throw on a few wings on the hot side, dont want to waste a perfectly good fire!!

Huh? It isn't a problem. Just be careful when you tell the fellas you was checking out the meat at the store. They might take it the wrong way.

What cut is that exactly?

I think you would have had to worry about your sanity if you didn't buy them.

Nope... They will end up vacu-sucked in the freezer along with all the other ones I can't pass up buying. Hence the problem.
