Chicken 'n' Biscuits
Not BBQ, but PDG...
When I saw the recipe for Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits that c farmer posted I wanted to try them and decide to go with chicken 'n'biscuits. Thanks for the recipe! For the chicken part I started with this recipe... http://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/chicken--n--biscuits but added some sriracha to give it a little heat and ended up adding in about 1/3 cup of chicken stock near the end to loosen it up a bit.

Did the biscuits cook separately? If not, did they cook through or were they soggy / doughy?

Ron, that's frickin' yummy! It looks like what my grandmother used to make us (except there are herbs in the biscuits it appears). I need to try this recipe and/or get her's -- she's still around at 88.

Yeah I'd like to know if you baked the biscuits separately then drop them in the stew? Or did it dumpling style?
