Default The little guy earns a beer fit for a "KING"

So, my wife went to visit her mother for couple days. Seemed like a great time to cook a man meal. Found a 1.4lb Porterhouse (King of the steaks) and thought I would let my new little WGA get his feet wet.

If you saw my post last week, I only gave him a Coors light because he was a Noob.

Well here is the Porterhouse just starting to sizzle

Flipped it and cooked it till it poked right.

Slathered it with grilled onions and sauteed shrooms. Yes, there is a steak under there.

It came out so good, I had to reward the little guy with a Guiness...

Nice looking steak Marty.

Those handles look great on the WGA. Where'd you get 'em?

I scored a like new WGA on CL a couple of weeks ago for $10 but I haven't used it yet. Gonna hafta change that pretty soon, maybe when I cook something for just momma and me.

Those handles are so yesterday. It seems like everyone on the Brethren has them. Even a dude in the Netherlands has some. Now, if the handle had a big rams head or something like that carved into it, now that would be cool.
