Pit Barrel Cooker hooks...best membrane remover
I may have mentioned this at one time before but boy the hooks provided with the PBC are fantastic at removing the membrane from ribs.
Just poke the sharp point of the hook under the membrane on top of a bone and wiggle until you get to the bent part of the hook. Then move it side to side and start pulling up the skin. The hook is plenty strong so you can pull quite hard. If your lucky you can removemost of the membrane off without having to resort to using your hand and paper towels. And with paper towels being on short supply these days that's a nice side benefit. Stay safe everyone.
