Kobe Brisket trimmings for the Burgers

A little over 4lbs total and I mixed up 1lb+ with Dizzy Pig Cowlick and formed 4 patties.

Fired up the Mini with BBK, removed the waterpan and cooked the burgers direct on the lower grate @450 dome temp.

Added some Sharp Cheddar and Pig candy for mine!

Closed the dampers down and replaced the pan and added some Hickory splits for smoke, cut the tops off the Garlic heads, sprayed with EVOO and smoked roasted them for 2 hours at 225* dome.

I can tell those are going to be (or perhaps were) some really tasty burgers!
 
Dayum Brian!! It's 1:20am, just got home from 16 hours with my nose to grindstone...have to be up at 5, back at work at 6:00. I'd seen your posts from today on my phone...knew I HAD to take the time to check them out before going to bed.

Hope my 180 minutes of sleep are filled with dreams of kobe burgers, spatched hens, smoked nuts and some pig candy!!
