Default Desperado BBQ Rub and Sauce

Not sure if any of you have ever tried Desperado BBQ Rubs and Sauces but I did last week cooking up some rib tip and I must say it was pretty darn good.

I trimmed most of the fat of the tips and smoke them between 250 - 275 for about 2.5 hours using a 70/30 mix of hickory to mesquite. About the last 45 minutes I glazed them with the sauce.

Is Desperado local or online? Always looking for something new. Those ribs look fantastic.
