Default Need Ball Inspection - Certified?

Sorry didnt post yesterday. I took a 1/2 day vacation for more honey
doo's. I put 800lbs of concrete in a hole to shore-up a bad section of
seawall at the house. No pics; all pain. Anyway, between Lowes and
home I picked up the following:

Around 5:00pm I was done with work, took a shower, had a few beers,
then began prep.

And these:

Lit the fire on my 2 old webers, had a little sweet blue going for a while,
on hickory. Note the pollen; we're still in pollen HELL:

ABT's ready to come off:

Last pick of MOINKBalls. I left them on for another 30 minutes. DEELISH.
I'm a Blues Hog fan. Mixed Tenn Red and regular. They're great. Next
time I'll see about purchasing larger balls. These are rather small; not
enough BEEF taste. That, or I may roll my own:

They didnt come off until about 8:30. Honestly, I was too tired and
dain-bramaged (at a bit drunk) to get a last pic. My bad. I do have
the BBQ stain on my shirt; does that count? Wait, I'll tell the wife:
No pic; didn't happen! I LIKE IT!

My *regular* drankin' beer is either NewCastle, XX's Amber, or Michelob Amber Bock. Then, when I'm
working and pounding beer (ala. digging holes, mixing cement, pouring cement, covering
holes, putting sod on top, all ALONE) I'll drink something lighter and less expensive,
ala. Beast Light.

Nice work! If you want to raise the food out of the bacon grease drippings, try placing a wire rack on your pan. That will also help the smoke reach the bottom side of your goodies.

To quote an old friend of mine "There is no such thing as a bad beer. Only varying degrees of excellence."

Perhaps it's not bad at all and the beer is just misunderstood?
