Default First Fattie W/pron

New to smoking. First Fattie w/pron , 2# Jimmy deans sausage,scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, cheese, bacon.Used hickory chips, Cooked to internal temp of 170. Wife loved it. Thinking about ribs or a brisket next weekend. Feedback welcome thanks.
