Hot and fast in a gravity feed smoker... Does it work?
I've got a rebel 28 gravity feed smoker and was wondering if anyone has tried hot and fast in any sort of gravity feed?
I was wondering if there's anything I should be concerned with (in regards to the pit itself) before trying anything. Thanks |

It works fine. You will just burn more fuel.

I've only done one cook at 350 in my Assassin but it turned out fine. I was cooking chicken.
