how far in advance can I do parts of the ABT's

so what I'm looking for is the time line and best storage methods

Shells can be cored ___ days ahead

Shells can be stuffed ___ days ahead

Shells can be wrapped ___ days ahead

yes I'm addicted to ABT's - and am trying to maintain a fresh supply ready to cook at all times

I'm not sure how long ahead of time you could do them. I longest I have done them ahead of time has been 3 days ahead and kept them in the frig on trays wrapped in cellophane.

I've cooked them up and froze them with some success. Reheated by boiling in bag. I thought the pepper would get mushy, but it didn't.

Did some 2 days in advance.

Heard of some cooking some then wrapping in saran wrap and freezing also.
You need a small abt rack for light loads.

I've had stuffed ABT's a week later and they are fine, just keep them refrigerated

2 or 3 days is the most I have done in advance.
Let us know if you stretch the envelope!
