I've had a bunch of questions asking if Lotta Bull BBQ class will be showing his techniques and giving his recipes.

Mike will be teaching his techniques as well as flavor profiles. I talked to Mike this morning to clarify this. He does not give his exact recipes but he gives a platform that you can develop your own flavor profile. Many classes just give a recipe and when that trendy taste seems to go out of style they are stuck because they do not know how to develop a new flavor profile of their own to stay competitive. Also if you are competing in different parts of the country, your flavor profile could change a bit to accommodate the judges in that region. Mike teaches his students how to use spices and blend them together. As BBQ grows across the country trends change, this is why those who take the class can contact Mike at any time with questions or take the class again at no charge.
