Hey, you got some good stuff in there with plenty of mentions of Smoke Signals.

I'll bet that there will plenty of happier BBQers on The Island this weekend thanks to the recipes that you provided.

And here's a tip for you, I grill the peaches cut side down first to get some nice grill marks on them.
