Hello everyone.

I'm from the relative BBQ outback of Wisconsin. I hope to find some connections to help me build my first UDS. It took three days, but I read the ENTIRE thread. I am rarin' to go, and I hope to cull the best from all of you.

Welcome. We are in Minnesota, but my wife was born and raised in Oshkosh. Still has family there.

Hope you find this to be a fun and informative place.

We still miss Friday Perch Fries and brandy old fashioned sweets - no one in Minnesota knows how to make them right and you can't find perch anywhere except
swimming in a lake !
