Hello Everyone
Went to the store today and decided to have Beef Ribs, this was my first time doing or having and it was off the chain. I owe everything to everyone in this forum here's the pic to prove it happened. Beef ribs pre seasoning Just basic seasoning On the UDS after sitting in the fridge for a few hours Corn bread made while smoking ribs After 3 hours at 225 pre sauce and foil just a thin coat of sweet baby rays before foil After 2 more hours on the UDS and being foiled Corn bread after first slice removed plating of dinner Drink of choice with dinner Thanks again to the members of this forum you are the best
