I'll be hitting this comp again this year. Nice to cook on pavement when you're rolling BGEs around.

Anyone else? I'll be out of town next week and only have a couple of days to get ready for this one.

No electricity at this one, but they offer a good fish fry Friday night, free breakfast Sat morning and they have an actual restrooms.

I'm soloing as wife will be serving afternoon tea on saturday at our restaurant.

This weekend looks to be nice weekend for the comp see u guys there :rockon: we will be there Friday around 730-8 am to get a spot if it's anything like the last one at the elks it's going to be cramped

I think they just sold teams for $50 last year.

Shouldn't be as bad. There were only 24 teams last year.

There turned out to be 50 cooks. Very windy and a lot of good cooks.

We took 6th in brisket.

Smoke'n Ice took 1st in chicken.

Good to see some local Brethern.
