First Pron thread. Whole chicken with Yardbird rub, run on my Bandera for 4.5 hours at 225. Turned out some great, juicy chicken. Finished the last few minutes over the fire to crisp up the skin. Whole family loved it.
Looks good from here too I have done two chickens so far... cooked them both spatchcocked at the same time. Mine took 1.5 hours to get to 170° cooking at around 300°. What internal temp did you cook to cooking them at 225°?
