Believe it or not....
Had some really good ribs at Trutle Krall restaurant and grill tonight. Whole spares; no sauce; straight off the Southern Pride and very good. Six different sauces offered on the side, but no sauce on the ribs. They were moist and tender and had a good smoke flavor. They also offer sliced brisket, but the $6/dz. fresh oysters on the half shell over ruled trying the brisket. Evreything we had there was very good. If you are in Key West you should check it out.
