Ron, Thank you! I appreciate the tips. I lined the grease pan with foil.... I'll line the deflector too. lol I know... it's going to get dirty sometime.

See I always thought that a dirty/seasoned grill was to add flavor to the cook! I guess when you drop that much dough on a grill the rules change!
